The Kind-Nest, 4 Barlows Landing #18, Pocasset, MA
Every kid deserves a soft place to land. NEST (Nurtured, Embraced, Seen, Together) is Kind Hearts for Kids' new coping and emotional regulation skills program for youth ages 8–18 — a warm, welcoming space where kids build real tools for big feelings through hands-on fun.
Each session blends a proven coping skill with creative art, a yummy "edible art" snack break, and mindful movement, plus free time to connect — all guided by caring adults
NEST runs biweekly Saturdays this fall: Sept 19, Oct 10, Oct 24, Nov 7, Nov 21 & Dec 5. Come to one or come to all — each session stands on its own.
