NEST (Nurtured, Embraced, Seen, Together)

Every kid deserves a soft place to land. NEST (Nurtured, Embraced, Seen, Together) is Kind Hearts for Kids' new coping and emotional regulation skills program for youth ages 8–18 — a warm, welcoming space where kids build real tools for big feelings through hands-on fun.

Each session blends a proven coping skill with creative art, a yummy "edible art" snack break, and mindful movement, plus free time to connect — all guided by caring adults

NEST runs biweekly Saturdays this fall: Oct 24, Nov 7, Nov 21 & Dec 5. Come to one or come to all — each session stands on its own.

Cost: FREE for grandparent-led families 💚 $10 per child for all other families

For all other families, the $10 fee helps cover supplies and snacks.
